Classic Cocktails

Tuxedo No. 2
24
24
Gin base, dry vermouth, maraschino liquor, orange bitters.
Related to the martini, the Tuxedo has had many variations since its inception in the 1880s. The cocktail is named after the Tuxedo Club in Orange County, New York where it was first mixed.

Spicy Margarita
24
24
Chilli infused tequila, triple sec, agave, lime.
We infuse our tequila here! A delicious blend of chilis, spices & other flavours with the perfect balance of sweet & sour makes our spicy margarita!
Old Fashioned
22
22
Whiskey base, sugar, bitters.
The Pendennis Club, a gentlemen’s club founded in 1881 in Louisville, Kentucky, claims the old fashioned cocktail was invented there. The recipe was said to have been invented by a bartender at that club in honor of Colonel James E.

Caipirinha
22
22
Cachaça base, sugar, lime.
According to historians, the caipirinha was invented by landowning farmers in the region of Piracicaba, interior of the State of São Paulo during the 19th century as a local drink for ‘high standard’ events and parties.

Porn Star Martini
22
22
Vanilla vodka base, Passoa, lime, sugar, passionfruit, bubbles.
The cocktail was created in 2002 by bartender Douglas Ankrah at The Townhouse bar in London. Douglas first christened the cocktail the Maverick Martini, in a hat tip to a dodgy club in Cape Town, but later changed the name to the Porn Star Martini.

Aviation
22
22
Gin base, maraschino liqueur, crème de violette, lemon.
Created in the early 1900s, the Aviation is difficult to gauge how popular it was at the time, and because the key liqueur was likely just as rare as it is today, it’s assumed that this was a specialty drink served at only the most elite bars.

Southside
22
22
Gin base, lemon, sugar and all infused with mint.
Its origins are subject to speculation. It has been proposed that it gets its name from either the South Side district of the city of Chicago, Illinois, or from the Southside Sportsmen’s Club on Long Island. The drink may have been the preferred beverage of Al Capone, whose gang dominated Chicago’s South Side.

Espresso Martini
22
22
Vodka base, cold espresso, Kahlúa.
The story goes that Dick Bradsell created the drink in 1983. Originally called The Vodka Espresso created at Fred’s Club when a young model, who Bradsell claims is now world famous, sidled up to the bar and asked for something to “wake me up and fuck me up”. His solution was a combination of vodka, fresh espresso, and coffee liqueur shaken into a frothy mix of bittersweet addiction now known as the Espresso Martini.
